brandi is a certified 200 ryt. she started practicing yoga in 2006 to rebuild herself following a debilitating illness. as she was progressing physically with her flexibility, strength, and endurance she also noticed decreased stress levels and increased mental focus. she started to feel better overall. yoga became a part of brandi’s everyday life. she could clearly see that when she was dedicated and committed, she was consistently moving forward.

brandi decided in 2014 that she wanted to be in a position to teach and share the practice with others, and began her yoga teacher training. she graduated from brooke hamblet teacher training school in spring of 2015. brandi is trained in baptiste methodology, a challenging heated power vinyasa flow that focuses on alignment and is adaptable for all levels.

she loves teaching and seeing short and long term transformation in her students in the studio. she also carries yoga over into her work as an occupational therapist specializing in geriatrics.
