jessica sought out yoga in 2006 as a runner and to help find an aide for tight hamstrings, but she found so much more within her practice besides a good stretch. in 2008, jessica pursued her 200 hr yoga teacher training certification which gave her the opportunity to discover and learn many different aspects and styles of yoga. jessica has a deep connection and love for power vinyasa, and she loves to teach the way that she loves to practice. to be challenged, sweat, gain strength, flexibility, and sprinkle a few giggles in with connected movement and breath.
