stephanie is a 200 hour e-ryt, and she started practicing yoga in 2001. she was drawn to yoga because of the physical side but soon realized that yoga was what she had been missing with the connection of the mind and the body.

yoga awakened her soul and brought about a new level of self-awareness that she soon began to carry off of her mat. stephanie decided to pursue teacher training after being a student for 2 years. she really loves the community that comes along with yoga; the connection that people make with one another through the practice is like nothing else.

she specializes in vinyasa and power yoga, teaching arm balances & inversions and has a passion for working with athletes in the community. stephanie has had the privilege of studying under such greats as: bryan kest, kathryn budig, dice iida klien, rod stryker and dave rominelli.
