we have all levels of difficulty to let you either start your journey with us or resume and grow at your current level.
power flow. students fluidly move from one pose to the next while connecting their breathing to their movements in a room heated to 90 degrees.
vinyasa flow. students coordinate their movement with their breath to flow from one pose to the next. link conscious breath with mindful flow.
yoga HIIT. is a combination of high intensity interval training (HIIT) and yoga asana practice, it’s designed to build strength and increase heart rate for a calorie burn.
aerial yoga. is a class that combines traditional yoga with aerial arts for a total body workout. moving through conventional poses, it utilizes silk hammocks to support the body, while suspended in the air.
the yin. is both a yin and restorative form of practice to calm the mind and nervous system, enable you to turn inward, and focus on the breath through holding yoga stretch and restorative poses creating space in the body and mind.
A guided meditation class dedicated to calming the mind and providing tools to improve self awareness and focus. We also have a meditation room available at all times outside of class.
